Yaron Eitan

Mr. Eitan co-founded Marpai Health and has been its Chairman since its inception in February 2019. He is an active member of the Marpai management team. Mr. Eitan has been a pioneering technology entrepreneur and investor in private and publicly traded companies for over 30 years. He is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of the board of DeepCube Ltd. since February 2018 and Emporus Ltd. since February 2020. He has also served on the board of directors of Nano Dimension (NASDAQ: NNDM) since April 2020. Mr. Eitan has been a Managing Partner of Selway Capital, LLC since December 2008. Previously, Mr. Eitan was the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of 340B Technologies, a healthcare IT company that grew from zero to $40 million in five years before its sale to a large private equity firm in 2020. He was a Partner at CNTP, a multi-stage investment firm with several funds under management, where he led all Israeli investments. He was also the founder and Chairman of DVTel, which was sold to FLIR Systems in 2015, and of Geotek Communications, a publicly traded company in the wireless industry. He received a B.S. from Haifa University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
