Jaime Smyth

Jaime Smyth is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Elementary School Principal at Marple Newtown School District since August 2019. Previously, Jaime held positions as Assistant Principal at Academy Park High School and Furness High School, as well as the Elementary and Secondary Summer Director for WALLINGFORD-SWARTHMORE SD. Jaime's extensive career in education began as an Elementary Teacher and School Based Teacher Leader with The School District of Philadelphia from 2000 to 2016. Jaime holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Temple University, a Principal and Administration Certification from Cabrini University, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Advertising from Temple University.
