Dan Seifert is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience leading recruitment efforts across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Marqeta, responsibilities include overseeing the hiring process for all organizational levels. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Director of Technical Talent Acquisition at Moderna, where a significant expansion of the in-house software development team was achieved. Dan's tenure at Google spanned several years in various recruiting management roles, focusing on technical hiring for global teams in Ads and overseeing North American technical writing recruitment. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Citizen Schools and Teach For America, emphasizing comprehensive recruitment strategies and executive search. Dan holds a BA from Colby College and participated in the Visiting Student Programme at the University of Oxford.
