James Edmonds

James Edmonds is a second-year student at Duke University School of Law. They have held various legal positions, including Senior Counsel at Marqeta since 2025, and previously served as Senior Counsel at Alight Solutions and a Corporate and Financial Institutions Attorney at Ward and Smith, P.A. James also interned at the United States Attorney's Office and worked as a Bill Processor for the North Carolina General Assembly. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
