Monica Gras

Monica Gras is an experienced finance executive currently serving as VP of FP&A at Marqeta since September 2025. Prior to this role, Monica held several positions at Eventbrite from May 2019 to June 2025, including VP of FP&A, Senior Finance Director, and Director of Finance. Between February 2015 and April 2019, Monica worked at Zignal Labs as Director of Finance and Operations and Finance and Operations Manager. From March 2013 to February 2015, Monica was a Senior Product Manager (Finance) at Spruce Power and served as an Associate at Renewable Energy Trust from August 2012 to March 2013. Monica gained early experience as an Equity Finance Analyst during a summer internship at SunEdison in 2011 and as a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Dadoo y Asociados S.A. de C.V. from 2007 to 2010, where Monica led numerous valuations and consulting engagements. Monica holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange program at Université catholique de Lille.
