Najuma Atkinson

Najuma Atkinson serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Hasbro since October 2021, and concurrently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Talent and Operations Officer. Additionally, Najuma Atkinson is a member of the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee at Marqeta, a company specializing in modern card issuing. Prior to Hasbro, Najuma Atkinson spent over two decades at Dell Technologies, where roles included Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Office, and various leadership positions in Human Resources. Najuma Atkinson's early career included positions at Deutsche Bank and SunTrust Bank. Academically, Najuma Atkinson earned an M.A. in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a B.A. in Political Science from Fisk University.
