Megan Faust

Megan Faust, CPA, NACD.DC, brings extensive finance and accounting experience to her role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Amkor Technology, Inc., a position held since November 2005, with a history of progressive leadership in various financial roles within the company. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Megan serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee at Rogers Corporation. Prior to her tenure at Amkor, Megan worked at KPMG, LLP, where Megan advanced to Senior Manager in the Audit division. Educational credentials include an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BS in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.
