Dale Johnson

Dale Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Dale began their career at EarthMarket.com as a Business Analyst, where they conducted research for an e-commerce start-up. Dale then moved on to Hollywood Entertainment, where they served as a QA Project Lead and Interim Manager, overseeing the Y2K effort and managing a team of quality assurance analysts.

Dale then joined Digimarc, Corporation, where they held various roles including Configuration Management Engineer, Engineering Project Lead, Engineering Program Manager, and Sr Program Manager. In these roles, they managed deployment and maintenance projects, oversaw ongoing operations for multiple programs, and controlled project budgets.

Afterwards, Dale worked at Ascentium as an Engagement Manager, responsible for maintaining client relationships and identifying ways to help clients achieve their business goals. Dale then joined the Oregon Department of Forestry (NextSource) as a Project Manager III, managing Microsoft SharePoint 2007 implementation projects as part of a wider business improvement initiative.

Currently, Dale is the Director of Delivery Operations at the Marquam Group, a certified Microsoft partner. Dale oversees the allocation of resources across the delivery organization, manages project and service managers, and develops client solutions.

Dale Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued higher education at Questrom School of Business, Boston University, where they completed an MBA/MS-MIS degree specializing in Information Technology. Dale attended this program from 1995 to 1997.
