Abhijith Challa

Abhijith Challa has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Abhijith began their career in 2011 as a programmer analyst at Cognizant, where they worked until 2012. Abhijith then pursued a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Faurecia in 2014, followed by a Graduate Assistant position at Clemson University from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Abhijith joined Faurecia once again, this time as a Project Engineer. After five years at Faurecia, they transitioned to SL America Corporation, where they served as a Project Engineer until 2020. Currently, Abhijith is working as a System Engineer / Technical Project Lead at Marquardt Switches, Inc. North America.

Abhijith Challa completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in the year 2011. Abhijith further pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University from 2013 to 2015. Recently, in 2022, Abhijith obtained a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in CAD using PRO - E from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), and has completed training in various areas such as CAD using CATIA V5, FEA using ANSYS, Programming & Operation on CNC vertical Fanuc - OM machines, Repair & Maintenance of latest diesel engines, and Six Sigma Green Belt from different institutions.
