Todd also held positions such as Command Senior Enlisted Leader at HSC-22 and Training Department Leading Chief at HSC-2. With a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and additional education from the U.S. Naval War College, Todd has extensive experience in personnel management, training, and operational leadership within the military.
