Gerardo Mendoza is a finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance and Asset Management at Marquee Development since July 2022, Gerardo has previously held the position of Accounting Manager. Prior to this role, Gerardo worked as an External Financial Reporting Accountant at Exelon from 2019 to 2022 and as a Senior Audit Associate at EY between 2017 and 2019. Gerardo holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Business Exchange Program experience at Esade in Barcelona, Spain.
