Shreyansh Jha

Shreyansh Jha is an experienced product leader with a strong background in driving innovation within the luxury retail tech and startup sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Ethos Watch Boutiques, Shreyansh focuses on developing AI-driven solutions to enhance the luxury shopping experience and improve customer acquisition. Previous roles include Product Manager at Aftershoot, where Shreyansh led analytics and growth initiatives, and Associate Product Manager at Talent500, achieving a significant increase in hiring speed through AI-driven insights. Shreyansh also co-founded multiple startups, including Dropay Club, Chennai's first fintech startup, and Shift My Room, an aggregator for relocation services. An alumnus of SRM IST, Shreyansh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
