Kate Vaughan has had a progressive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kate began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore in 2010 and worked there until 2015. After that, they joined Marquette Bank as a Human Resources Officer in 2015. Over the years, they have consistently risen through the ranks and currently holds the position of Vice President - Human Resources since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Assistant Vice President - Human Resources from April 2019 to November 2022.
Kate Vaughan attended North Central College from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management. In June 2015, they also received a certification as a SHRM-CP from SHRM.
