Michelle Cowell-Pionto

Michelle Cowell-Pionto has over 20 years of experience in property management, currently serving as the Area Manager and Senior Property Manager at Marquette Companies since February 2000. In this role, Michelle oversees the day-to-day operations of a luxury garden-style community in Arlington Heights, Illinois, managing administrative, leasing, and maintenance staff, as well as training and support for on-site personnel. Responsibilities include financial reporting, managing receivables and payables, negotiating lease renewals, and developing resident retention and marketing programs. Prior to Marquette Companies, Michelle held the position of Assistant Property Manager at Charles E Smith Residential and worked as a Lab Assistant at Northview Labs. Education includes an Associate of Science degree in Biology from William Rainey Harper Community College and studies at the University of Michigan.
