Andrew Yates

Andrew Yates currently serves as a Law Clerk at Marquis Aurbach since June 2023. Yates is pursuing a JD at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, expected to graduate in May 2024. Previous legal experience includes a judicial internship with the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada under Judge Susan H. Johnson, focusing on business court and construction defect cases. Prior roles include positions as a Customer Service Representative at Credit One Bank and a Cashier/Cook at La Paloma Cafe. Yates holds a BA in Political Science with minors in Real Estate and Economics from the University of San Diego, completed in May 2021, and graduated from Salinas High School in May 2017.
