Meagan English has extensive work experience, starting in 2000 as the Director of Development and Marketing at The Holgate Center. Meagan then joined Marquis Companies in 2002, where they held various roles including Administrator/Senior Administrator, Project and Logistics Manager, and Director of Home Services. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University. In 2014, Meagan started their own coaching company called Meagan English Coaching, where they served as an Executive/Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Author. Meagan returned to Marquis Companies in 2021 and currently holds the position of Chief People Officer.
Meagan English obtained a Masters of Science degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University, starting in 2021 and finishing in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Oregon State University. Meagan completed a Life Coach Certification program at Martha Beck Life Coaching Class from 2014 to 2015, specializing in Coaching and Mentoring. Additionally, Meagan has obtained various additional certifications, including "Working with Prehire Assessments" from LinkedIn in March 2021, "Koelle Simpson Certified Equus Coach" from Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching in April 2016, "Martha Beck Certified Life Coach" from Martha Beck, Inc. in November 2015, and a "Licensed Nursing Home Administrator" from NAB in January 2001.
