Glenn Cote

Glenn Cote is the current Vice President of Plant Operations for Marquis Health Services in New England. Glenn has over 20 years of experience in the field of plant operations and management. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Plant Operations for Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center from September 2020 to July 2022. Glenn was also a Service Technician for H2O Care, Inc. from August 2019 to September 2020 where they serviced and repaired residential water filtration systems. In January 2019, they became the owner and operator of Five Star Painting, a franchise operation specializing in painting projects for commercial and residential customers. During their time as owner, they managed the customer experience, drove business development activities, provided guidance and expertise to customers, determined pricing and developed proposals for new customer work requests. Glenn also reconciled the P&L monthly, quarterly and annually, developing plans for improvement as needed. Glenn Cote is a highly experienced and successful plant operations manager with a proven track record in the industry.

Glenn Cote has a certificate in HVAC from Northeastern University and is certified by the Association for Facilities Engineering as a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager. Glenn is also certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Journeyman Plumber.
