Jennifer Aurandt-Pilgrim, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of R&D and Director of Innovation at Marquis Inc, where responsibilities include driving innovation and developing investments aimed at decarbonization. In addition, Jennifer is a member of the Biological and Environmental Research Advisory Committee at the U.S. Department of Energy, providing strategic advice on complex scientific issues. As Co-Vice Chair for the United Nations CAEP Oberver, engagement focuses on establishing frameworks for Sustainable Aviation Fuels. Jennifer also participates on the Scientific Advisory Board for the Center for Bioenergy Innovation at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Previous roles include R&D Program Manager and Director of Technical Services at Trucent Inc., and Associate Professor at Kettering University, with a research focus on anaerobic digestion. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biological Chemistry from the University of Michigan and a BS in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University.
