Rossella Schiavini

Rossella Schiavini is the current Director at Marr SpA. Prior to their current position, they held various positions at different companies including Biesse Group, IGD SIIQ SPA, Fleap, BPER Banca, and MARR S.p.A. Rossella has also been a Senior Mentor at Eptagonlab and the Head of Capital Markets at H3G.

Rossella has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Rossella started their career in 2001 as the Head of Capital Markets at H3G. In this role, they were responsible for the origination and structuring of a wide range of financing transactions in the primary and secondary markets.

In 2006, Rossella joined Rabobank as an Executive Board Member. During their time at Rabobank, they were responsible for a corporate client portfolio across the Consumer/Energy and TMT sectors. In this role, they originated and structured a variety of strategic, debt, and risk management products for corporate clients.

In 2018, Rossella joined BPER Banca as a Board Member and the Chairman of the Executive Committee. In this role, they were responsible for leading the executive committee and overseeing the bank’s operations.

Rossella Schiavini has an Executive MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they were also an Erasmus student in International Economics. Rossella also has a Senior Leadership Programme certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Currently, they are In the Boardroom by Valore D, a training program to promote diversity in the Boards of Directors.
