Jill Cretella

CAO at Marrakech

Jill Cretella is the current Chief Administrative Officer at Marrakech, Inc. Jill has held this position since September of 2010. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Services at Marrakech for four years. In this role, they managed a budget of $7 million across several program areas.

Jill has also worked closely with the finance department and program management to projection annual expenses and revenue, approve all requisitions for purchases throughout the fiscal year, contribute to budget modification requests and financial reporting required by funding sources. Additionally, they have written grant proposals and developed budgets to secure renewal funding for current programs as well as to secure new funding for continued growth.

Jill is known for their strong relationships with community organizations and potential funding sources. These relationships have increased referrals and overall program use as well as fostered collaborative relationships to improve service delivery across the state. Jill has also worked closely with five direct-report Vice Presidents as well as those in other areas of the organization to develop or improve systems in a variety of areas including training, evaluation, technology, social enterprise development, and service delivery domains related to effectiveness, efficiency, access and consumer input.

Jill Cretella has a Master of Social Work from Fordham University with a research concentration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Elmira College.

Jill Cretella reports to Heather Latorra, President & CEO. Jill Cretella works with Diane Corley - VP, Supported Living Services, Marissa Rivera-Artis - VP, Behavioral Health & Career Development Services, and Lori Angeloff - VP, DMHAS Funded Residential Services.
