Abhishek Kanchan

Abhishek Kanchan is a seasoned professional in human resources and real estate, currently serving as Market Director of Human Resources for W Seattle and Seattle Marriott Waterfront at Marriott International since August 2024. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at The St. Regis Aspen Resort and Human Resources Manager at The St. Regis Toronto. Abhishek has also worked as a Realtor with PC275 Realty, showcasing a diverse skill set in both hospitality and real estate sectors. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Abhishek managed various HR functions and pre-opening operations. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Hospitality Administration and completed the Real Estate Salesperson Program at Humber College.
