Katherine Saborit-Rodriguez, PHR has a vast and varied work experience in the hospitality industry. Katherine began their career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an HR/Benefits Manager in 2003. Katherine then moved on to GHM, where they served as The Setai, South Beach's Director of Human Resources from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they joined Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as their Director of Human Resources, a role they held from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, they worked for AccorHotels as the Director of Talent Management for a year. Katherine then joined W South Beach as the Director of Human Resources in January 2016 and held this position until November 2019. Most recently, they have become the Market Director of Human Resources for The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, beginning in November 2019.
Katherine Saborit-Rodriguez, PHR holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Florida International University.
