Andrew Paullin

Andrew Paullin is an experienced Human Resources executive currently serving as the Market Director of Human Resources for Marriott International, overseeing JW Marriott Chicago and Westin Michigan Ave since February 2019. Previously, Andrew held the position of Director of Human Resources at JW Marriott from July 2017 to February 2019, and prior to that, served in a similar role at Westin Hotels & Resorts from February 2002 to July 2017. Andrew has a strong focus on labor relations and union experience, complemented by a solid generalist background in all HR functions. Andrew is an alumnus of Elmhurst University.
