Ben Shepherd serves as the Vice President of Mobile Platform Engineering at Marriott International since September 2025. Previously, Ben was the Chief Information & Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Software Engineering & IT at Puttshack from August 2021 to September 2025. Before that, Ben held the position of Director of Mobile Engineering at Hilton, leading the development of the award-winning Hilton Honors apps. Experience also includes significant roles at Mosaik Solutions, Lexmark International, and Volar Video, where Ben directed software engineering teams, managed product development, and contributed to various mobile and cloud solutions. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
