Diana Nardelli

Diana Nardelli serves as Vice President & Corporate Counsel at Marriott International since November 2019, focusing on drafting and negotiating hotel management and franchise agreements across the Middle East and Africa for over 30 brands. Prior to this role, Diana held positions at Allen & Overy from March 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included corporate private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, public and private M&A, and equity capital markets, along with a legal advisor role in project finance during a six-month secondment to the Dubai office. Diana began the legal career as a legal intern with the International Bar Association in 2011. Educational achievements include an LL.M. with Merit from King's College London, an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, and an LL.L. Magna Cum Laude from the same institution, complemented by participation in an international exchange program at Universidad de Puerto Rico.
