Diane Kisley

Diane Kisley has extensive experience in customer service and sales across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Reservations Sales Agent at Marriott International since November 2014 and as a Recovery Specialist at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA since September 2014, Diane has demonstrated a strong capability in both sales and recovery processes. Previous experience includes over eleven years at Bank of America beginning in Credit Card Collections, progressing through various roles including mortgage processing, and culminating in Customer Marketing Operations for the Credit Card division, where Diane consistently achieved business growth targets. Diane holds a degree in computer operations and programming from the Institute of Computer Management.
