Federico Greppi

Federico Greppi possesses extensive experience in finance and operations within the hospitality sector, having worked at Marriott International from January 2017 to July 2024 in roles such as Chief Operations Officer and CFO for the Caribbean and Latin America, overseeing a $5B+ revenue region. Prior to Marriott, Federico Greppi held various senior finance positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from September 2009 to December 2016, including CFO and Vice President of Finance for The Americas, where responsibilities included budgeting, compliance, and performance management across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Arthur Andersen from February 1993 to July 2001, specializing in assurance, tax, and consulting services. Federico Greppi holds an MBA from London Business School and completed an executive education program on Driving Corporate Performance at Harvard Business School.
