Jim Tom

Jim Tom has extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in the IT domain, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Marriott International since April 2012, Jim has played a crucial role in the Starwood Integration program, overseeing over 30 concurrent projects and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Prior to Marriott, Jim was an Independent Consultant for the NYC Department of Buildings, delivering key initiatives and improving business processes. Earlier roles included consulting for SAIC on a custom time and attendance system and leadership positions at ThinkCentric and KPMG, where project deployment and global technology initiatives were key responsibilities. Jim holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
