Justin Lepone

Justin Lepone has extensive experience in finance and strategic decision making within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Finance Information Technology at Marriott International since May 2012. In this role, Justin leads a team of finance business partners supporting Global IT Infrastructure and IT Security, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and strategic investment insights. Prior to this position, Justin held several senior roles at Marriott, including Senior Director of Finance for Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Consumer Services, where responsibility included managing a $2B budget. Justin's career also includes significant roles at IBM, where financial analysis and cost management for large-scale projects were key focuses, and a brief tenure at AT&T as a Financial Analyst. Justin holds an MBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
