Kelli Gibson, CPP, MBA, is a seasoned strategic global payroll and labor accounting executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Payroll Governance at Marriott International since November 2018, Kelli is adept in managing mergers and acquisition integrations, system implementations, change management, and tax compliance, while collaborating with HR, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, and Finance to enhance corporate policy and operational efficiencies. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate in Payroll & Labor Accounting at Booz Allen Hamilton and Director of Accounts Payable & Payroll at Sallie Mae, where Kelli contributed to Workday Financials Implementation. Kelli began their career as a Financial Analyst at Ted Britt Ford Automotive Group. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Business Administration from Strayer University.
