Kristin Harding

Kristin Harding is a seasoned professional in IT security with over 14 years of experience at Marriott International, currently serving as Vice President of IT Security Delivery & Operations since July 2009. In this role, Kristin develops the security delivery and operations strategy for a global enterprise encompassing 5,700 locations across 110 countries and territories, protecting corporate, associate, and customer information through robust security controls and processes. Prior to this position, Kristin was Senior Director of IT Security, where the focus was on developing security strategy and a 3-5 year roadmap for a network of 4,000 locations. Kristin's tenure at Marriott began in 1986, holding various roles including Senior Director of IR. Kristin holds an MBA in Business and Management Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
