Adriana da Costa

Adriana Da Costa is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for the East Region at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation since December 2012. In this role, Adriana provides strategic guidance to Field Work Environment Managers and coaches management on performance development and work environment issues. Prior to this, Adriana held various human resources leadership positions at Marriott International and Marriott Hotels, including Director of Human Resources at a AAA Resort, where involvement in executive decision-making improved guest satisfaction and associate engagement. Adriana's career also includes expertise in recruitment and training, as well as managing large teams across multiple Marriott properties.
