Beth Kennedy

Beth Kennedy has extensive experience in business analysis, management, and strategic planning across various industries, including hospitality, technology, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Business Process and Design at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since August 2021, Beth previously held the role of Associate Director of Business Analysis. In addition to this, Beth contributed as a Board Consultant and Treasurer for the Orlando Serve Foundation, leading initiatives to enhance community engagement and operational efficiency. With prior experience in roles such as Sr. Business Analyst at North Highland, IT and Program Manager at Experis, and multiple positions at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Beth developed a strong expertise in project management, digital production, and business process improvement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business & Hospitality Management from Saint Leo University and an AS in Interior Design from Seminole State College of Florida.
