Francisco Serrano

Francisco Serrano has extensive experience in loss prevention and security management, currently serving as the Director of Loss Prevention at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation since September 2015. Prior to this role, Francisco worked as a Project Manager for the Virgin Islands Housing Authority from April 2013 to September 2015. Francisco's career at Marriott spans several decades, where involvement began in 1979 at Marriott International, Inc. as Director of Loss Prevention, followed by a similar position at Marriott Frenchman's Reef until 2009, leading to a deep expertise in the hospitality industry.
