Jose Rossy

Jose Rossy has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the AVP of Global Talent Acquisition at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since March 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing all recruiting functions. Prior to this role, Jose was the Director of Recruitment at Starwood Vacation Ownership from April 2006 to March 2008, managing all recruitment activities. Jose also held positions at Washington Mutual Bank as VP of Retail Operations Recruitment and VP of Retail Bank Recruitment from 2005 to 2006, responsible for all recruitment functions within the banks. Earlier career experience includes serving as Sr. Manager at The Walt Disney Company from 1988 to 2005, overseeing recruitment for hourly positions at Disneyland Resort and managing the implementation of new recruitment systems. Jose Rossy earned a degree in Hotel Management from Purdue University.
