Kurt Cherrington

Kurt Cherrington serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since March 2023, contributing as the Head of Finance and Executive Committee Member for two AAA class resorts, managing significant P&L and annual budgets while conducting financial analyses to identify revenue opportunities post-COVID. With prior experience as Head of Finance at NP from 2021 to 2023, Kurt led strategic financial activities, conducted various analyses to enhance profitability, and improved cash flow management. Kurt held the position of Finance Manager at Visa from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of revenue and billing operations for a major division, along with partnerships to optimize financial strategies. Earlier roles at FranklinCovey involved leading FP&A and providing financial guidance on high-stakes product investments, complemented by a volunteer position as an Educational Loan Advisor. Kurt holds an MBA from Brigham Young University, a Master’s in Accountancy from Auburn University, and multiple degrees from the University of Utah.
