Shannon Howell

Shannon Howell is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and entertainment industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Resort Experience at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since May 2022, where Shannon created and implemented the Inspired Activities & Experiences program for Hyatt Vacation Ownership. Prior experience includes a decade at Travel + Leisure Co. as Activities Director, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget and managing various activities and events across multiple facilities. Shannon's career began at Universal Orlando Resort, contributing to entertainment and events from August 2004 to June 2017. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
