Usama Channar

Usama Channar possesses experience in various roles within the call center industry, currently serving as a Verifier, Call Center Representative, and Closer at Mars BPO Pvt Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this, Usama held a position at Mars BPO from September 2022 to April 2023, further gaining valuable skills in customer service and communication. Usama holds an ICS degree in Computer Science from the Punjab Group of Colleges, completing the program in March 2022.
