Becki Halko

Becki Halko currently serves as the Head of Talent & Shared Services at MaRS Discovery District, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Becki Halko was the Director of HR for The Hershey Company in Canada from January 2015 to January 2025, overseeing HR functions for approximately 1,000 employees and managing various talent initiatives. Additional positions at The Hershey Company included SVP and CFO of the Snacking Division, Vice President for International Finance & Corporate FP&A, and Vice President for Global Supply Chain Finance & Corporate FP&A. Earlier in the career, Becki Halko held financial leadership roles at Target, Molson Coors, and Procter & Gamble, contributing to strategic financial planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives across multiple sectors. Becki Halko holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Guelph and an MBA in Finance & Operations Management from the University of Windsor.
