Erin Hennessey

Erin Hennessey, MSc, currently serves as the Senior Manager for Benchmarking & Insights at MaRS Discovery District, North America’s largest urban innovation hub, since July 2022. Prior to this, Erin held positions at Toronto Global from September 2018 to July 2022, including Senior Analyst roles focused on Benchmarking & Insights and Business Insights, contributing to significant foreign direct investment initiatives for the Toronto Region. Earlier experience includes a role as Business Operations Coordinator at Materialise and a Graduate Student at ESSCA Ecole de Management, where a Master of Science in Global Management was obtained magna cum laude in June 2018. International teaching experience includes positions as an EFL Instructor in Japan and a Native English Teacher in South Korea. Educational qualifications also include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Alberta and participation in the International Summer School at Yonsei University.
