Rashi Arora Khosla

Rashi Arora Khosla has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2006, they founded MARS Solutions Group and served as the CEO. In 2020, they started the MARS Returnship program, providing on-ramp opportunities for women returning to careers in technology. Rashi Arora also founded Ovation in 2021. Additionally, Rashi Arora Khosla has held positions as a board member for the MKE Tech Hub Coalition and Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin. Rashi Arora is also a member of the Women Business Collaborative, working towards equal pay and power for all business women. Rashi Arora Khosla has served as a board advisor for Neolink and as a member of the social enterprise committee at i.c.stars |* Milwaukee. Prior to their entrepreneurial pursuits, they held various roles at Assurant Health, including Enterprise Architect and Solution Delivery Manager. Rashi Arora began their career as a Software Engineer at Tushaus Computer Services.

Rashi Arora Khosla holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya. Rashi Arora obtained an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and MIS from UIM. Rashi also completed a program in Business Administration and Management, focused on Scaling Minority-Owned Businesses, at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
