Rashi Arora Khosla

Rashi Arora Khosla has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Rashi Arora is the Founder and CEO of MARS Solutions Group since 2006, where they have contributed to the success and growth of the company. In 2020, Rashi founded the MARS Returnship program, which focuses on providing on-the-job training and mentorship for women looking to restart their careers in technology. Additionally, they are a Board Member of the MKE Tech Hub Coalition and Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin. Rashi is also a Member of the Women Business Collaborative, an alliance striving for equal opportunities for women in business. Rashi Arora has served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Neolink and the Social Enterprise Committee at i.c.stars |* Milwaukee. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Rashi worked in various roles at Assurant Health as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Delivery Manager, and Sr. Data Architect. Rashi Arora also gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer at Tushaus Computer Services.

Rashi Arora Khosla has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, obtained between 1992 and 1994. Rashi Arora then pursued an MBA from UIM, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Management Information Systems, from 1994 to 1996. In 2018, Rashi Arora Khosla attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth to complete a program in Scaling Minority Owned Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
