Phil Boutet has extensive work experience in the veterinary and hospitality industries. Phil began their career at Magic Mountain Water Park LTD as Park Manager, where they successfully managed a large team and contributed to the park's recognition as one of the best in Canada. After five years, Phil transitioned to Banfield Pet Hospital, starting as a Veterinarian - Associate and eventually progressing to roles such as Medical Director and Director of Formulary & Supply Quality Assurance. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on preventive care and client experience. Recently, Phil joined Mars Veterinary Health as Vice President, Global Medical Affairs Operations and also served as the Commercial Quality Head.
Phil Boutet earned a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the Université de Montréal from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Health Sciences from the Université de Moncton between 2000 and 2002.
