Anaïs Schmidt

Anaïs Schmidt is a seasoned professional in strategic management, currently serving as a Global Petcare Strategy Manager at Mars since April 2025. Previously, Anaïs held various roles at McKinsey & Company from January 2021 to April 2025, including an associate position and a secondment at Tom&Co, where responsibilities encompassed strategy and transformation. Experience also includes co-founding and leading marketing efforts for the podcast "Best Regards," which garnered significant listener engagement and helped business graduates navigate their careers.
