Barry Parkin

Barry Parkin has extensive experience at Mars, having joined the company in 1985 and serving in various leadership roles, including Chief Procurement and Sustainability Officer, Chief Sustainability and Health & Wellbeing Officer, and Chief Procurement Officer. Throughout these positions, Barry has been responsible for global strategies related to sustainability, health and wellbeing, and procurement oversight for the Global Chocolate Business. Prior experience includes multiple vice presidential roles encompassing operations and human resources, as well as procurement management, engineering, and business development. Barry began a career at Dunlop Limited from 1982 to 1985, focusing on engineering sponsorship, after completing education at the University of Cambridge.
