Berry Carpenter-King

Berry Carpenter-King is an experienced human resources executive with a diverse background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Vice President, People and Organization for the Science & Diagnostics division of Mars Petcare since November 2024, Berry previously held the role of Global Vice President, People & Organization Transformation at Mars Veterinary Health from January 2021 to October 2024, leading global people transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at VCA Animal Hospitals, where leadership focused on cultivating a strong organizational culture, and roles at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., where Berry restructured talent management functions, and Sony Electronics, managing talent management activities. Educational credentials include an MS in Management, Organizational Behavior & Development from Georgia State University and a BSPH in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
