Cathy Knight

Cathy Knight is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the pet care, animal health, and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Portfolio Marketing Director at Mars since August 2023, Cathy leads a team responsible for managing a prioritized portfolio of brands, overseeing P&L targets, growth strategy, and new product development. Previously, as the Marketing and Sales Director at Zamira Australia, Cathy contributed to strategic planning for both export and FMCG initiatives. Earlier roles include Head of Commercial Planning & Trade Marketing at Treasury Wine Estates and various marketing positions at Mars, where achievements included leading customer marketing strategies, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and successfully launching iconic products. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Swinburne University of Technology.
