Edmond Irizarry is a seasoned packaging innovation leader currently serving as the Global Packaging Innovation Director for Petcare at Mars since August 2024, where responsibilities include driving the sustainability strategy and leading consumer-centric packaging innovation platforms. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of APAC Packaging at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where leadership spanned a team of over 30 packaging experts across multiple regions, and roles at both Aveda, where strategic innovations contributed to significant revenue growth, and L'Oréal, where Edmond invented a groundbreaking handheld computerized makeup applicator. Additional roles at Avon and MeadWestvaco focused on packaging innovation and management, complemented by educational credentials in Mechanical Engineering and a Leadership & Negotiation Program from Bryn Mawr College.
