Currently serving as the Early Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA & India at Mars since September 2022, Emily previously held various roles at Mars and Dyson, including Global Talent Acquisition Optimisation Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA. Emily's expertise encompasses managing the full recruitment cycle, developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers, and enhancing the candidate experience. With a strong educational background in Modern Languages from the University of Roehampton, complemented by study abroad experiences in France and Spain, Emily brings a diverse skill set to the field of talent acquisition.
