Florence Mouls

Florence Mouls has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, having held significant leadership roles at notable companies. At Mars, from March 2019 to February 2022, Florence served as Vice President Supply for Mars Wrigley Europe, Central Eurasia & Turkey, as well as Vice President of Global Value Chain Operation at Mars Food, and Vice President Supply for Europe, Russia & South Africa. Prior to Mars, Florence worked at Royal Canin from January 2008 to September 2013, where positions included Factory Director and Operation Manager. Earlier experience includes roles as Production Manager and Industrial Engineer at Dura Automotive from January 2004 to December 2007. Florence holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon and a degree in engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
